Event Servers for Hire in Lakewood, Ocean County

Wait staff for your dinner, your simcha or your gala. We staff the floor and clean it up before we leave. Kosher events welcome — your licensed caterer or ours handles the food.

What event servers do at your event

Most events don't need more people. They need the right people in the right place at the right minute.

Event servers carry the food, clear what is done, refill what is empty, and keep the room moving without anyone having to ask. They work a family dinner and a 300-guest ballroom with the same discipline: set the station before doors, plate or pass to plan, clear in order, and reset before the next course.

On buffet lines they hold the line. On seated service they serve from the left, take the plates when the table is done, and never reach across a guest to set something down. On family-style they learn the table in five minutes and stop asking where the serving dish is.

They also close out. Clearing, breakdown and cleanup are part of the shift, not an extra you hope gets done.

The crew

How we staff an event

  • You tell us the shape of the night. Headcount, venue, service style, and whether there's a bar, a kid's table or a second sitting.
  • We size the crew to that. Floor servers, bartenders, cooks and kitchen support, scaled to the headcount and the run of show — not a flat number we hand every client.
  • You get a captain when the event needs one. Ballrooms, weddings and anything over a hundred and fifty guests get a captain who owns the timing and talks to your venue.
  • One point of contact. One number to call on the day, and it's a person who knows your event, not a queue.
  • If the headcount moves, we adjust. Tell us before the event and the crew changes with it.

Where we work

Lakewood, Toms River, Jackson, Brick, Point Pleasant, Manchester, Howell and the rest of Ocean County. Private homes, simcha halls, banquet rooms, hotel ballrooms, corporate venues and backyards.

If it's in Ocean County and people are going to eat there, we can staff it.

Kosher & Shabbos

Servers for kosher and Shabbos events

We're a staffing company. We don't cook, we don't prep, and we don't hold a kosher certification.

What we do is put trained event servers on the floor, and work alongside licensed kosher caterers who hold the food side under their own certification. For a Shabbos event, the caterer sets everything before candleling and our crew runs the service through the meal, with nobody improvising on the way.

Tell us it's a kosher event and we'll tell you which certified catering partner we're working with in your area.

Tell us the date, the headcount, and where it's happening.

We'll come back with a crew and a number. A short call gets you further than a long form.
